What happens when a contract is taken over?

Last verified:

If a contract with a client is taken over by another contractor, a new Declaration of Works must be submitted.

If a contract with a client is taken over by another contractor, a new Declaration of Works must be submitted. The new declaration number must be communicated to the workers, for example by distributing a QR code. When cleaners register, the identification number of the new company is entered automatically. If there are several employers, the worker must select the correct number from a list. If the worker accidentally registers using the previous employer’s company number, this will generate a comment in the system.
