When something is flagged, you send the notification to the subcontractor concerned straight from CIAO Connect, and the platform records what you sent and when. A recheck confirms whether it is resolved. So you can show, date by date, what you flagged, whom you notified and when it was put right.

What is Check In and Out at Work (CIAO)?
Check In and Out at Work is the NSSO obligation to register employee attendance at the workplace in real time, against a work contract declared in a Declaration of Works (DDT). It currently applies to sectors including cleaning.
Does CIAO Connect work alongside my existing time registration?
Yes. CIAO Connect also reads in registrations that other systems submitted to the NSSO, on the same contracts. You do not have to replace anything to gain full visibility.
How quickly do I see results?
