Check IN and OUT at Work and CheckinatWork are both online services for registering attendance at the workplace. However, the two services should not be confused:
a. Check IN and OUT at Work (CIaO):
➔ CIaO is a system for recording the start and end times of work and the rest breaks of people carrying out maintenance or cleaning activities involving immovable property on behalf of third parties. CIaO therefore covers ONLY maintenance or cleaning activities.
➔ There are two types of attendance registration in CIaO: an IN at the start of the work and an OUT at the end of the work. The beginning and end of a rest break are also registered, with an OUT at the start of the break and an IN at the end of the break.
b. CheckinatWork (CAW):
➔ CAW is a system for registering the presence of workers at a workplace where work on immovable property is carried out. It concerns work covered by Article 30bis legislation, excluding maintenance or cleaning activities.
➔ CAW requires only one attendance registration per working day and per Declaration of Works.
