YES if

maintenance or cleaning activities are carried out; AND

the main contract under which the work is carried out is subject to the declaration obligation for work on immovable property. A Declaration of Works is therefore required.
NO if

the work on immovable property does not involve maintenance or cleaning activities; OR
-
the main contract under which the work is carried out is NOT subject to the declaration obligation for work on immovable property. No Declaration of Works is required.
