Only cleaning activities carried out on behalf of third parties fall under this obligation. From 1 September 2024, registration of the start and end of work and of rest breaks is mandatory for specific cleaning activities. However, a tolerance period applies until 30 April 2025. The measure enters into full effect on 1 May 2025.
